What you’ll do:

An 8-week program, where interns will gain on-the-job start-up experience with the noon growth team – interns will be working with individuals across on-site, marketing, and analytics.

• Work closely with Senior Site Merchandisers to assist with category goals and targets
• Manage the category onsite while being on top of key trends, and ensuring the customer journey is optimized and relevant for that category
• Aim to excel in operational processes within the organization and with different teams and come up with newer, more efficient processes if need be
• Obtain and analyze data on a regular basis using SQL and Excel which contributes to the category targets
• Assist with liaising with different teams including CRM, Digital Marketing, and the Commercial team to help with deals and specific call outs for campaigns
• Stay up to date with new ideas/innovations within the industry
• Innovate and test new campaign ideas which will aim to improve the conversion and retention of customers

What you’ll need:

• Graduates with 0-2 years of experience, with a strong desire and passion for e-commerce
• A dedicated individual who has the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
• An individual who has strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills
• An individual who works collaboratively and is comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• GPA of over 3.5

Business Analyst

Job Summary:

This role is an integral part of NowNow. They will be part of a cross-functional team leading the company towards data driven thinking and decision making through data storytelling and continuously flowing reporting.

They will primarily be using Google Analytics, Big Query, and Data Studio to track business-critical analytics like the customer journey, merchant and brand performance, and search metrics to name a few. The ultimate goal is to provide the Growth and Commercial teams with the right tools for optimisation of their KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Create efficient dashboards that clearly portray the story you want to tell
• Help stakeholders across the Growth and Commercial teams understand their key business drivers and provide them with data driven recommendations
• Build and grow a team of analysts as the company grows
• Daily reporting and presenting key updates to management
• Out of the box thinking and providing new metrics to study
• Actively look at the commercial KPIs and explore collaborative opportunities to maximise seller performance and efficiency
• Run root cause analyses to provide answers in the occasion of poor KPIs
• Competitive analysis and benchmarking

Qualifications:

•  Experience in the on-demand services or e-commerce industry is preferred
•  Expert level experience with SQL, MS Excel, Google Data Studio, and Google Analytics is a must
•  1-3 years of relevant experience
•  Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
•  Entrepreneurial and go getter spirit that can work independently
•  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
