Job Description Gopinath UAE Vacancy:
Mechanical Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
- To be able to prepare shop drawings, isometric drawings, general arrangement drawings.
- To prepare bill of materials as per client specification and method statements for execution.
- To provide guidelines, sketches and details to the draftsman.
- To monitor the draftsman and to keep updated schedule of drawings records and issues as per job requirements.
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Support Project Manager to maintain Quality, Schedule, and Cost of the Project as per approved Baselines.
- Prepare / Review / Approve designs, datasheets, layouts, templates, calculations, MTOs, etc.
- The preparation of the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Action and close all customer complaints.
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.

Your Background:
- B. E or B. TECH in Mechanical Engineering
- Should Have Completed NACE Level 1 Certification
- Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience working as Site Engineer in Oil & Gas Industry in Gulf. Candidates with higher experience also to be considered.
- Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD software.
- Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
- Good communication skills in English Language in oral and written form.
- Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
- Demonstrated team building skills, would be a preference.
Monthly Salary Range: AED 2750 – 3500

Job Description Gopinath UAE Vacancy:
Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage effectively the assigned project,
- Develop and manage project action and operational plans
- Manpower requirement and deployment with productivity management and evaluation.
- Identify resource needs, develop and administer external consultant Terms of Reference and Contracts, as well as ensure timely and high-quality submission of agreed deliverables and outputs.
- monitor and report on progress on a regular basis
- Coordinating all aspects of design submittals, review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advice on deviations from the same.
- Undertake research and develop project related reports, policy briefings, and discussion papers to enable client engagement as part of the project and relevant fundraising efforts.
- Represent the organization in external meetings and workshops
- Effectively manage project team and consultants by setting clear targets and objectives, coaching and task delegation depending on the position needs and effective communication
- Work closely with other members of the project team and support delivery of other key marine projects/initiatives as required; support on overall communications and reporting.

Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Coastal or Marine or Structural Engineering or Oceanography, Physics or equivalent.
- Master’s degrees or PhD degrees are preferred or Post-graduate/ Graduate degree in environmental science, marine biology or relevant field
Experience:
- 10 to 12 years of hands-on experience in relevant field with a strong working background in Marine, Ship Repair, Oil & Gas with Hydro & Grid Blasting.
- Sound experience in all aspects of project management (e.g., planning, funding proposal development, monitoring and reporting)
- Good technical understanding on marine protection and restoration
- Experience in managing teams towards a common vision and project objective.
