Job Purpose

Support the Network Development Manager in the Development of new projects and identification of future Opportunities. These Objectives will be supporting relationships with local, federal govrenment and promoting excellent brand and business communications.

Principal Accountabilities

Data Entry:
Documentation Management Software:
•    The job holder is responsible to liaise with internal departments the sole point of contact
•    Ensure to scan all documents and place them in the correct folders for all departments that uses software
•    Handle Electronic filing for different communications sent or received for relevant departments within Network Planning and Business Development.
•    Arrange proper electronic folders under the software for easy access

Property Management Software:  
•    The job holder is responsible to create the land and site under the above software ensuring all proper relevant information are gathered and entered properly such information to upload Affection Plan, LL information, Contact details, facilities in the land, etc).
•    Ensure to classify the Site with different Concepts such as (Forecourt, CSTORE, Leasing, Auto Motive, F&B, Tasjeel, Common Areas) by allocating the correct sizes and space allocation in system.
•    Ensure to create different facilities under each concept as per the direction given from business managers and allocate the correct space / size in system
•    The job holder is responsible to handle more than 200 sites profile and ensure regular updates are on daily basis.
•    The job holder is responsible to update Site and Tenant master data sheet.
•    The job holder is responsible to generate lease agreements in the system for more than 400 tenants.
•    The job holder is responsible to initiate the renewal in system, and handle the termination process whilst obtaining the required approvals. Also ensure for system clean up.

Ejari Software:
•    The job holder liaises with Land Department Customer Service for Ejari.
•    The job holder is responsible to create the site by uploading and completing the “Building Template” as per Land Department
•    The job holder is responsible to create shops by uploading and competing “Unit Template” as per Land Department.
•    Ensure all building, shop and tenant details are entered properly as per the given information.
•    Ensure to collect Tenancy Contract, Ejari Certificate and Ejari Receipt for each transactions and issue EPPCO receipt for the variance amount collected from each Tenant.
•    Responsible to issue Ejari for more than 400 tenants.
•    Ensure to collect the Ejari payments from tenant and reconcile the cash on handle
•    Handle EPPCO Nooqi Account by Emaratech which requires uploading the cash and reconciling the collected cash from Ejari with finance team.

Additional Principal Accountabilities

Experience

•    University Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
•    Excellent Communication & analytical skills

•    Excellent knowledge and skills in the use of Microsoft package (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
•    Ability to work independently & as part of a team.
•    Amicable in nature and be a team player
•    UAE Driving License
