bout The Role

Are you passionate about the fitness industry? Can you teach, coach as well as motivate people to achieve their goals? Then we need your skills as a Personal Trainer to join our team of professionals today! Our Wellness team is led by hospitality industry experts who will guide and train you in this exciting career. You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with and encouraging people while promoting and facilitating comprehensive health and fitness services and classes. You will work with guests and members on a day-to-day basis, while ensuring an international 5-star guest experience, both from service delivery and an impeccably clean and hygienic facility perspective.

About You

As a Coach, you will need to be safety focused in the fitness environment and maintain a proactive presence offering help, orientations, advice, and support to all users while cultivating and developing relationships with residents and members to keep them on track and returning with frequency.

It is essential that you have 3 years of proven experience in a high-end gym chain, hotel, or resort fitness center and have a variety of personal training skills and techniques, along with an internationally recognized Fitness related qualification. If you have an above-average fitness level & are multifunctional in more than one practice, positive communication style, and have a passion for the spa, fitness, and wellness industry, we look forward to you joining our team of committed and dynamic professionals!

About The Role

As a Commis 1 at Beach Buns, you will be responsible for preparing consistently high-quality food preparation, organizing the mise en place for your respective section, and producing the highest food quality at all times. As a perfectionist in the kitchen, you will be assisting the Sous Chef and Chef de Partie in preparing food according to the requirements, recipes, standards, and specifications of the department, ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained. In return, we will make sure you have the right support with the right training and leadership along the way. You will attend both external and internal training courses, developing your skills and fine-tuning your food and beverage acumen.

About You

Ideally, we’d love you to have 2 years of work experience within the Hospitality industry, ideally within an Outdoor – Casual restaurant in a 5-star luxury hotel. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks with confidence, and enjoy working in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
