SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
A Marketing Coordinator for the Office of International Academic Affairs is responsible for creating, posting and monitoring all content on the office’s social media platforms and website. Their goal is to provide high-quality accessible information about the office and its activities, improve engagement and increase visibility. The Marketing Strategist may also monitor backlinks, update records reflected on the platforms, oversee creative design, and respond to reader inquiries and comments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, execute and monitor the social media accounts of the office.
- Moderate interaction and provide feedback to inquiries received on the accounts.
- Create, modify and publish regular original content including pictures, videos, announcements, blog posts, news and other media forms.
- Host and execute marketing events and activities including all implementation stages.
- Implement social media strategy benchmarking and competitive research to continuously improve performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleges and offices to manage content and feedback.
- Attend activities and events held by the office to document them and create content.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven adequate experience in managing a social media account.
- Excellent photography and filmography skills.
- Experience with video and photo editing programs.
- Proven experience in copywriting and content creation.
- Holding a Dependent Visa/Golden Visa/ Own Visa with NOC
- Willing to work 30 hrs. per week
- Can join immediately

Assistant Instructor
Job Summary
Responsible for performing teaching and teaching-related duties to assist instructors-of-record.
NOTE: All AI tasks are expected to be carried out under course instructors’ supervision. Responsibility for satisfactory completion of all course-related tasks remains with the instructor-of-record.
Key Tasks
Aiding with Class Activities:
- Set up room/lab as needed
- Attend classes with instructor as required
- Tutor or mentor students.
- Take attendance
- Record attendance
- Co-proctor examinations.
Facilitating Group Discussions and Team-based Learning:
- Lead case analyses and other group discussions
- Provide interim project feedback/support for student projects
Offering Technical Support:
- Assist assigned instructors to develop course plans.
- Assist assigned instructors with core teaching-related administrative tasks
- Meet with students during office hours
- Assist assigned instructors with compiling course files
Grade Student Work
- Grade and return student assignments.
- Grade formative exams under instructor supervision
Miscellaneous
- Provide academic advising services to students as assigned by Head of Department
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the Office of the Dean
Exclusions:
- Print/grade final exams
- Record grades in Moodle gradebooks
- Prepare ICARs, CARs and similar course documents
- Review/evaluate submitted course files
- Supervise field trips without instructor presence

- Set up, operate, store, maintain, and repair simulators, task trainers and other simulation equipment.
- Provide general support and troubleshooting for simulation technologies.
- Contribute to and maintain simulation technology-related documentation.
- Liaise with vendors to ensure current and future simulation technology needs are met.
- Information Technology
- Set up, install, operate and store IT equipment.
- Demonstrate correct use and provide general support and troubleshooting for all IT
equipment.
- Install updates and perform scheduled maintenance to all IT assets.
- Undertake inspections of IT equipment to monitor condition and report failures.
- Audiovisual Systems
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of a range of common audiovisual hardware and
software.
- Provide general technical support and troubleshooting for the audiovisual system.

- Research, create, apply, and remove moulage/special effects appropriate to the scenario to increase realism.
- Prepare the simulation environment to accurately represent a clinical setting using real and simulated clinical supplies and equipment.
- Portray the role of a patient, family member or other scenario participant as directed.
- Simulation Center Management and Operations
- Coordinate access, availability and scheduling of simulation spaces and resources.
- Undertake stock control, ensuring adequate security and levels of consumables and equipment are maintained.
- Ensure preparation and storage areas are maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain documents, records, warranty, maintenance and regular update schedules of various systems and software in support of simulation center operations.
- Research and Evaluation
- Demonstrate knowledge of common research methodologies.
- Assist in the maintenance of routine records, updating databases and analyzing routine data/information as required.
- Assist faculty, staff and students in the preparation of technical data/materials for future reference such as publication or teaching purposes.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of relevant professional experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
A health professional with training or certifications in the areas of Simulation Operations, Simulation Technology, Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, Clinical Simulation or other relevant fields.
